Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the cq10 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use cq10's services.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing content via a mobile app or web browser. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Cq10 services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. cq10 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend any account suspected of belonging to an underage individual.
Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of cq10 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning more than one account is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
- Notifying the cq10 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
- Updating your personal information should any changes occur.
Cq10 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Cq10 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the security of cq10's systems.
- Manipulating or dishonestly abusing any promotions, bonuses, or platform offers.
- Colluding with other players to exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Using automated software, bots, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of reward balances, and legal action where appropriate. cq10 reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request suspected to have originated from fraudulent activity.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the cq10 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are available via a range of approved local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, interbank transfers, and local debit/prepaid cards.
Deposit Terms
- Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
- Cq10 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing deposits or withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Successful deposits cannot be reversed by the user once credited to the account.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the name of the cq10 account holder.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
- Cq10 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any withdrawal that requires further review for security or compliance reasons.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
Cq10 is not liable for payment delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

To the extent permitted by law, cq10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions or system delays.

All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and other materials on the cq10 platform are the exclusive property of cq10 or their respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written consent from cq10.

The cq10 platform may contain references to third-party services or providers, such as payment providers. cq10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments, and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Cq10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from regulatory authorities, or prolonged account inactivity. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be settled in accordance with cq10's internal procedures and applicable payment policies.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the cq10 support team. Once an account is closed, all unused bonus balances will be forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.
Amendments to These Terms
Cq10 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page along with the date of the last update. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
